About Angelene Harris
HARC Entertainment Director Angelene Harris has worn many hats starting off her career in the Beauty Industry and then a swift move into IT Sales, Telecommunications (Vodafone), Retail Buying (Harvey Norman & Dick Smith), Agency (TMS & Playhouse) & National Account Management (Canon).
While all the serious corporate work was happening, Angelene was quietly fostering her childhood love of singing and songwriting. After a life-changing event in 2010, Angelene decided that maybe she should start putting more of a focus on her real passion for music. 2013 marked a move away from Corporate life and stepping into the shoes of a gigging musician, business plan in hand. Angelene was able to support herself and quickly built a solid and reliable reputation as a performer, playing up to 7 gigs a week.
HARC was launched with Duo partner Chris Raicevich in 2014 (the name HARC is the initials of Angelene & Chris and is a nod to the word “Hark - to listen attentively”)
While still actively involved in the business and as a performing Duo, Chris has moved on to Audio Engineering and Production, and Angelene remains as Director of HARC.
